Privacy Policy

Weborite Studio is a desktop app. Your leads, mockups, client sites and passwords are stored on your own computer, and we don't receive them. The app sends your license key to our payment provider to check it, and it talks to the services you connect yourself, using your own accounts.
Who we are
Weborite Studio is made by Weborite Solutions ("we", "us"), a web design business based in Pakistan. For anything about this policy, email hello@weborite.com.
This website
studio.weborite.com doesn't use analytics, advertising cookies or tracking pixels. Our web host keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser, page requested and time) for security and troubleshooting, and deletes them on its normal schedule.
Buying a license
When you buy a license we keep your name, email, the plan you bought, its payment reference and the license key, so we can deliver the license and support you. You pay through a payment service such as your bank, Payoneer or Wise, and that service's own privacy policy applies to the payment. We don't receive or store card details.
The app
What stays on your computer
Everything you create or import in the app is saved in its data folder on your computer: leads, Lead Finder results, captured websites, mockups, builds, WordPress connections, SEO reports, messages and settings. Passwords and API keys are encrypted. The details you enter during setup (name, email, company, phone, country and whether you want product emails) are also stored locally and used to fill in your profile.
License checks
When you activate a license, the app sends the license key and your computer's name to our license server at studio.weborite.com. After that it checks the key about twice a day while the app is open, and the server records when your computer last checked in. If you deactivate the license, the app tells the server so the key can be used on another computer. The demo makes no license calls.
Services you connect
The app works with outside services that you choose to use, with your own accounts and keys. Data goes directly from your computer to that service, under that service's terms and privacy policy. We don't receive a copy.

Your prospects' data
Lead Finder collects public business information such as business names, addresses, phone numbers, ratings and websites. You decide how you use it and are responsible for contacting businesses in line with the laws that apply to you, including anti-spam and data protection rules.
Emails from us
If you bought a license, we may email you about your license, billing and important changes to the app. If you ticked the box for product emails, we may also send news about features. You can unsubscribe at any time.
How long we keep data
We keep order and license records for as long as your license exists and for the period tax and accounting law requires after that. Data in the app stays on your computer until you delete it or uninstall the app and remove its data folder.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing hello@weborite.com. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under laws such as the GDPR, and you can complain to your local data protection authority.
Children
Weborite Studio is a business tool and isn't meant for anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this policy in a meaningful way, we'll update the date above, and the app will ask you to accept the new version the next time it starts.
